Nine years later, in early Feb. 2022, News Corp., owner of the WSJ, NY Post, Dow Jones & other publications, disclosed that hackers breached journalists’ email accounts & documents. The intrusion dated back to at least Feb. 2020 and has been attributed to hackers from China, based on analyses done by Mandiant.
